Pattern

Our Pattern department is the longest standing component of the Crescent Pattern family. It has stood the test of time and learned to keep the standard of past craftsmanship and combine it with today’s technology to produce the highest quality prototype tooling possible. The Pattern partner/owner has inherited the Crescent name and brings more experience than any. We have seen our company grow from solely a pattern company to what it is today.

Machine

In 2002 Crescent Pattern Company added a second department to the Crescent Pattern name, Crescent Machine. In the eight years since its opening, Crescent Machine has quickly leveraged itself to the top of the machine prototype industry. The machine partner/owner brings over 20 years experience and when combined with our experienced pattern department, the end result is over 50 years of experience and near-flawless production. Our massive machine floor houses 11 HAAS machines complete with a fully functioning inspection department.

Foundry

The newest department of Crescent Pattern is our foundry Crescent Castings. Although relatively new, again our core management is anything but. The castings partner/owner brings foundry experience unparalleled to the rest of the field and exerts this expertise within our fully functioning foundry located just across the parking lot of our pattern shop. Our foundry can pour, blast, and heat treat under one roof, then simply send it across the parking lot to the machine shop to have it machined.
